1. When can I collect my order?
We are open for collections 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
2. Do you have a minimum order value?
No! There is no minimum order value.
3. We cannot accept HGVs. Do you have a smaller vehicle?
Yes! We can arrange delivery using one of our smaller vehicles. Carriage charges are available on request.
5. We cannot accept delivery until next month. Is that okay?
No problem! Let us know when placing your order, and we can schedule delivery for your required date.
6. Can we be contacted before delivery?
Absolutely! We provide 48/24-hour delivery notification to ensure you are fully prepared for your order.
Please note that any orders placed incorrectly by the customer, or orders that are refused on site, may be subject to a handling fee of up to 35% of the original order value.
If your order is required for a specific delivery date, please contact us immediately after placing your order by calling 01656 645414 or emailing sales@beilighting.com to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
